"Because great auditions don't
just book jobs-they build careers"

Debbie was born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, where she grew up performing in theater, film, television, and commercials. Her first professional stage experience came when she landed the role of the orphan Tessie in Annie Warbucks, the sequel to Annie, working alongside the show’s original creators and the late Harve Presnell as Daddy Warbucks.

She joined SAG at just 12 years old after being cast as the younger version of Lili Taylor in the film Rudy, and later earned her B.A. in Theater from Columbia College Chicago.

Since moving to Los Angeles, Debbie has built a multifaceted career as an actress, voiceover artist, and trusted collaborator to agents, managers, and casting directors across the industry.

Her on-camera experience, combined with years of working behind the lens, gives her a rare ability to see every audition from both sides of the room. That insight—and her genuine care for the craft—are what make T.A.C. thrive.

Now approaching its eighth year, T.A.C. has become a go-to space for actors of all levels—from first-timers finding their footing to recognizable names working on major networks and streaming platforms. Debbie’s clients consistently book across television, film, and commercials, with many advancing from co-stars to recurring roles, series regulars, and multi-year deals.

Above all, Debbie believes auditioning should feel alive, collaborative, and inspiring. Every session is designed not just to capture the perfect take, but to help actors rediscover their creativity, confidence, and joy in the process.
